Kahtoola MICROspikes® give you great grip on icy and snowy terrain on anything from road/ trail shoes to hiking boots. They are incredibly easy to put on and remove and pack down small and weigh very little too.
MICROspikes® give you additional grip, anywhere you are likely to need it including snow, ice, wet rock and scree. The harness allows them to be pulled on quickly over your shoe or boot, and removed quickly again - should you not require them for all of you outing - there are no buckles or straps.
Lighter and tougher, the new MICROspikes® deliver unrivaled traction on icy winter trails. MICROspikes® traction is tough enough to handle any adventure with stainless steel spikes and welded chains. MICROspikes® now feature an integrated toe bale and reinforced eyelets allowing for a 50% lower profile elastomer harness.
The new MICROspikes® now feature a lower profile elastomer harness, thanks to Kahtoola’s Patent Pending eyelet reinforcements and integrated toe bale. They also now include welded chains, and continue to boast complete stainless steel construction for all metal components. All of these improvements have resulted in an elastomer harness with a 50% lower profile, and a 13% total weight reduction over the previous MICROspikes®.
